It is really hard to figure out where to go when we are struggling to figure out where we are. The first session in this series uses an assessment to help us get clarity of what we need to be letting go of and what we may need to enhance in order to live the life we want.

Dreaming about our futures can be fun, tricky, frustrating and many other things. This second session provides us with tools that help us envision our future six months from now, three years from now, even five years from now. While it may be really difficult to significantly change our lives in an instant, we know change happens. What if we are able to steer the change in our lives toward a dream of ours?

Dreams are nice, but how do we make it happen? How can I make this happen? The third session dives into our strengths, guides us to discovering how we may make our dreams a reality and provides us with confidence and motivation to make the changes we want in our lives.

Change is hard for some of us, probably most of us. Can we really do this? As Brené Brown says in her book, Dare to Lead, “You can’t get to courage without rumbling with vulnerability. Embrace the suck.” The final session provides space and support as we “embrace the suck” and work through barriers and challenges. The last session also serves as a time to celebrate and build up our energy to make the changes we want.
