Hi, my name is Sheila Borgerding. I am a curious and engaging human, who cares deeply care about quality of life.

My work adventures started with milking cows, picking rocks and waitressing at the local restaurant. I went to college to get a degree in Global Studies with minors in Business, German and Scandinavian Studies. During that time, I also studied abroad in Lillehammer and Oslo, Norway. After getting a few more years of work experience, I attended graduate school and earned my masters in Organizational Leadership.

I have experience working for nonprofits, small businesses, large corporations and higher education.

I loved bringing over 500 leaders through leadership development programs and knowing I made a difference with a 94% satisfaction rate.

In the summer of 2023, I began a new adventure. This time the adventure was starting my own consulting and training business, Explore with Sheila LLC.
